2018 NON-PROFIT AGREEMENT
Please complete the form below, which will enable us to provide you with everything necessary to make KidsFair 2018 the best it can be.
As a non-profit agency, I agree to the following:
• Fill in all of the information requested on this Non-Profit Exhibitor Agreement and attached Needs List.
• Return your completed signed application by mail or email.
• Non-profit exhibitors may distribute approved literature at their booth
• All booths must be set-up the day before KidsFair: Saturday, February 24th, 2018 between 1 and 5pm and materials removed by 7:00pm the day of KidsFair – February 25th, 2018
• Electricity will not be provided unless requested.
• No helium balloons will be permitted inside Charleston Gaillard Center
• KidsFair will go on Rain or Shine.
• All exhibitors must have an educational theme and interactive activity.
• Please remember nothing can be SOLD.
